This is black cloud ghost which taken from foreign ghost photos collection. this is not scary and i think this is not true. The effect of the cloud is still looked as photos editor. and the sepia effect is also not true the truth is this image s full color, and to make sense that is is so scary they edit it and give sepia effect to the photos
