This is not a ghost picture. I can make the picture like this as much as you want. The picture above can be created easily using photoshop picture editor. You can also using Microsoft paint to make the picture. Firstly you can draw some line as same as the picture above. Then you can manipulate the color of the picture in black and white. You can also manipulate the picture by moving the camera when you capture the object, you will get the effect of blur on the image. It is very simple is not it? It is just look like the job of the elementary school student.
